Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, promote sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help staff members improve their performance.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
