Job Responsibilities

This role presents an opportunity to develop and implement strategies to ensure PCL's and the client's interests are protected, including:

- Developing and monitoring pursuit schedules internally and externally
- Preparing risk analysis reports summarizing all potential risks; include a mitigation plan and alternative means and methods to analyze identified risk items
- Supervising, directing, coaching, training, and mentoring direct and indirect reports and support the chief estimator to mentor the estimating team
- Network with industry contacts to determine PCL's competitive advantage

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of different construction methods, planning, scheduling, sequencing, potential problems, and timelines, and will be a district champion in these matters.
