Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the adoption, implementation, and sustainability of Agile practices within the department.
  • Support the transition to Agile methods and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to support various business functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage Power Platform and enhance the work experience.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices and innovative solutions to support Agile adoption.
  • Assist in selecting and implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Coach, train, and provide training material to teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Document all development processes, workflows, and solutions.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • 3+ years experience in Agile coaching for Federal government departments.
  • 3+ years working with Microsoft Power Platform using Agile methodologies.
  • Must have an Agile Scrum Certificate.
  • Experience facilitating at least two Agile transformations for public sector clients.
