Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure that our fleet of trucks and trailers is always in good working condition.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to employees, recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to complete tasks.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work in a variety of environments.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- 35 hours per week with a regular schedule.
- Work Language: English with the ability to communicate effectively in this language.
