Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Logic Corp Business Development Inc. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any customer complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including picking up debris and emptying trash containers, to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Personal Hygiene Assistance: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, as needed.
  • Laundry and Linen Services: Launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens as required.
  • Training and Development: Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
