Key Responsibilities:
\t- Provide exceptional patient-centered care and exceed patients' expectations.
\t - Offer patient counseling and education for new therapy, tailoring to the needs and concerns of the patient.
\t - Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
\t - Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to provide excellence in health & wellness services to all patients.
\t - Ensure prescription safety and prioritize technical functions to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required.
\t - Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends/developments; attend training as required.
\t - Adhere to all regulatory requirements, Company policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:
\t- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
\t - Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
\t - Injection and First Aid Certification.
\t - Kroll software experience is preferred.
\
The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $51.50 - $62.90. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience, and skills, as well as internal equity and market conditions, to ensure you are paid fairly and competitively.
