Job Description

At Leanessa Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop policies and procedures to promote business investment
  • Supervise professional and support staff and students
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment
  • Perform administrative tasks, including preparing reports and research papers
  • Plan development projects and conduct comparative research on marketing strategies
  • Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage investment
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences
  • Develop venture capital sources and provide consulting services to government and other organizations
  • Design market research questionnaires and develop marketing strategies
  • Ensure appropriate business licenses are in place and deliver presentations at conferences
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and initiative
  • Team player with a client-focused approach
Work Environment

The Marketing Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and overtime required. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
