Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at CARECORP AT CERWYDDEN LIMITED.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Bathe, dress, and groom patients with dignity and respect.
  • Respond to call signals to determine patients' needs and provide timely assistance.
  • Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide basic life support.
  • Conduct criminal record checks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Exercise flexibility, initiative, and organization in a dynamic work environment.
  • Will train and develop skills to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
