Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Stock linen closets and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Provide basic information on facilities and amenities to guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
