Role Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide IAM governance framework to ensure the security and standardization of identity and access management across the enterprise. Your expertise in IAM governance, risk management, and analytics will enable you to drive business outcomes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address IAM-related risks and vulnerabilities, and design and deliver executive reporting on IAM governance metrics.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in IAM governance, risk management, and analytics.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management solutions, including SailPoint Identity IQ, SailPoint File Access Manager, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions to complex access control challenges.
