We are seeking a talented Arts and Culture Director to lead our marketing efforts. This dynamic role will be responsible for promoting the organization's mission and services to current and potential consumers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in all areas of marketing and sales, communications, and brand strategy.
  • Create, execute, and evaluate an annual marketing plan based on data and analysis of economic trends, consumer behaviors, and demographic characteristics.
  • Develop and implement new strategies for revenue and audience growth, including direct mail and email campaigns.
  • Steward the organization's digital presence and online marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Communications, Marketing, or other related discipline, or work experience equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing, sales, and/or communications management, preferably within the Arts and Culture sector.
  • Broad cultural literacy with a focus on the performing arts.
  • Experience managing a team of staff and working in a multi-department environment.
