We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Professional to join our team at Accoravillage. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention and loyalty
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles and risk management strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to grow and improve our services
Requirements:
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
- 6+ months of industry experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building authentic client relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
