About the Role
We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at EightSix Network. As a mixology expert, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by crafting classic and inventive cocktails, pouring beers, and offering wine recommendations. You will work closely with a fun team of servers and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Salary Information
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $17.40 per hour, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellence in customer service to create memorable dining experiences
- Prepare beverages in accordance with high-quality standards
- Provide feedback on recipes and guest preferences
- Engage with guests and promote products and events
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Two years of bartending experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment
- Serving It Right (BC)/ Proserve (Alberta) certificate/ Smart Serve (Ontario)
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be 19 years of age or older in British Columbia and 18 years of age or older in Alberta
- Can assess situations carefully and are sensitive in dealing with people
