**Job Title:** Plumber Specialist

At Nu North Mechanical, we are seeking a skilled Plumber Specialist to join our team. As a Plumber Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in domestic and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures and systems
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections and fixtures
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and fittings
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, and other equipment
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Measure, cut, and bend pipes to required shape and size

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in plumbing
  • Plumber Trade Certification
  • Apprenticeship training in plumbing
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
