Job Overview

A career-defining opportunity exists for a seasoned Cyber Security Project Lead to join Agilus Work Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting critical cybersecurity initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute comprehensive cybersecurity programs across various business units.
  • Lead project teams in delivering high-quality results while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Analyze service delivery within the cybersecurity program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risk management, and budget/cost performance.
  • Design and implement key performance indicators for cybersecurity, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • No less than 10 years of project management experience in IT, with at least 5 years of security experience in shared services and security project delivery involving transformation in risk/cybersecurity.
  • 1 or more related certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC.
  • Proven experience across broad security programs including but not limited to, End Point Protection, Vulnerability Management, Identity & Access Management, and Multifactor Authentication.
  • Project management certification PMP preferred.
