Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and generate business reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance drivers, and regulatory changes.
  • Acting as an internal consultant, provide opinions and expertise on how to best solve planning, reporting, and analytical challenges.
  • Embracing digital mindset, consider full suite of transformational tools available when creating solutions to solve problems.
  • First point of contact for supporting analytical requests from the business. Act with a sense of urgency, develop models/reports that provide actionable insights for business partners.
  • Support IT & Pharmacy reporting and ad-hoc requests. Provide support to business & finance leadership, offering expertise to address a wide range of business cases & analysis.
  • Monitor performance at region and store levels for all programs through regular reporting & analysis.

Requirements:
  • University degree in relevant discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience in relevant retail planning and analysis or finance role.
  • Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience is an asset.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity & ability to reverse engineer processes & tasks.
  • Confident, self-starter who can work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines to achieve objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience of MicroStrategy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite, including complex Excel modelling, Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.
