As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and retention across our diverse portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day B2C Marketing Automation operations, including promotional email campaigns, transactional email campaigns, performance measurement, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include building and executing promotional email campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization, including customer segmentation strategies. You will also implement A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign performance, conduct thorough testing and QA for all marketing automation and email campaign activities, and collaborate with the Analytics team to implement email personalization strategies.

In addition, you will evaluate program performance, analyze reports, and identify trends and opportunities to optimize customer engagement. You will also troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues with internal and external teams, assist the Marketing Automation specialist in developing new experiences and customer journeys, and co-own prioritization planning for new email requests.

As a successful candidate, you will possess a Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, and a proven track record of executing successful marketing automation and email campaigns. You will also have experience with leading customer engagement platforms, such as Braze, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
