Sales Merchandiser

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Merchandiser to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a Merchandiser, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandising Strategies: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to boost sales and drive revenue growth.
- Product Display: Create visually appealing product displays that capture customers' attention and drive sales.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales figures, trends, and customer data to determine which products to continue selling and which to replace.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Promotions and Advertising: Organize promotions, advertising campaigns, and markdowns to drive revenue and clear out excess product.
- Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' pricing, marketing, and profit margins to stay ahead in the market.
- Experience: Previous experience in merchandising or retail is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and predict retail trends is crucial for success in this role.
- Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of industry-specific marketing strategies is essential to drive sales growth and enhance the shopping experience.
