About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Chang Thai Massage & Spa. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and bodywork services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment of clients by performing range of motion and muscle tests to identify areas of tension and propose personalized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, taking into account their medical history, preferences, and goals.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide education on self-care techniques, and offer guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments provided, including client feedback and progress.
  • Treatment Delivery: Provide expert massage and bodywork services, using a range of techniques to address muscle tension, stress, and other areas of concern.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with our team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a recognized program in massage therapy or a related field.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and develop skills in our unique approach to massage and bodywork.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
