We seek a Fund Development Lead to spearhead fundraising efforts, nurture relationships with stakeholders, and drive growth in our programs.
- Recruit, retain, and manage top fundraisers and corporate partners while fostering key relationships.
- Cultivate volunteer engagement and motivation through coaching and training.
- Design and execute activities to increase revenue and foster community support.
- Integrate LLSC's Mission throughout the region, tying fundraising efforts to event revenue and volunteer impact.
- Achieve specific revenue and retention goals, development plans, and budgets.
- Collaborate with Regional Community Services Lead to ensure Mission integration across the Region.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in fundraising, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to engage with community members. Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to multiple campaigns and events are essential.
