Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our environmental services group, you will be responsible for leading environmental site assessments, site characterization, and contaminated land rehabilitation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research, site visits, and data interpretation to inform environmental site assessments;
  • Coordinate all stages of environmental site characterization, including Phase II and contaminated land rehabilitation projects;
  • Supervise a team of technicians and subcontractors on site to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to health and safety protocols;
  • Participate in rehabilitation projects, including site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control;
  • Plan and control project budgets and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and within budget;
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Compile and interpret data, formulate recommendations, and present findings in comprehensive technical reports;
  • Develop technical service offers and financial proposals to secure new business opportunities;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the environmental services sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in environmental project management, site characterization, and contaminated land rehabilitation;
  • Strong technical knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, and best practices;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality control;
  • Proficiency in technical writing, data interpretation, and presentation skills;
