Job Summary:
Woodstock Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in various clinical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes patient-centered care and safety
- Meet the qualifications and requirements for the position, including current certification as a Registered Nurse and CPR certification
