- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, accurately recording sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
- Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and customer service, as well as hiring and managing local staff.
- Time Management: Work efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical Demands: Perform a combination of walking, standing, and sitting, with regular breaks to maintain productivity.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
We offer competitive wages of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week, providing a stable income and opportunities for growth and development.
