Fascicle Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development and quality assurance.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and resolve conflict situations.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality, execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software development and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development and quality assurance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or control.
  • Proficiency in Android, Linux, networking software, extranet, intranet, internet, servers, file management software, presentation software, communication software, Mac OS, spreadsheet, MS Windows, and MS Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
