We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Deckers Brands, the parent company of HOKA. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving brand loyalty.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have two (2) years of retail store experience and a high school diploma. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to customers and colleagues. We're looking for a team player who is highly motivated, self-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction possible.
  • Prioritize brand and product knowledge training in customer interactions, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team environment, working collaboratively to achieve sales goals and business objectives.
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Benefits Package

We offer a competitive base pay, ranging from $25,000 to $35,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a Holiday Incentive Bonus to all hourly employees in North America. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
