Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered with tile. You will also mix, apply, and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesives using a hand trowel. Additionally, you will prepare rough plans and sketches, set tiles in place, and apply pressure to affix them to the base. You will also align and straighten tiles, cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools, remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles, build underbeds, and install anchor bolts, wires, and brackets. Furthermore, you will cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite, estimate costs and materials, mix, lay, and polish terra surfaces, and install tile strips.

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience

Work Environment:

* Permanent position
* 30 to 40 hours per week

Language:
