Job Title: Placement Officer

MANN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION LTD. is seeking a skilled Placement Officer to join our team. As a Placement Officer, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions, and provide guidance on the application process.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for placement.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to meet staffing needs.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training as needed.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements:
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The Placement Officer will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Placement Officer will work 32-40 hours per week.
