Job Title: Software Developer Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer Integration to join our Automation team at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end solutions in a multi-platform environment that meet quality management and development standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop technology-enabled applications that adhere to quality management plans and standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions to business and technical issues, ensuring design specifications and development schedules are met.
  • Interact with business, vendors, and ITC technical teams to gather technical requirements, attend requirements and solution design reviews, and coordinate system installations and software testing.
  • Integrate system solutions to handle confidential data/information and transfers between WSIB and external service providers.
  • Conduct and attend technical and detailed design walkthroughs and code reviews, and provide isolation and resolution of software issues.
  • Collaborate with project or support teams and coordinate all development and system integration testing activities.
Requirements:
  • University completion at undergraduate level with a specialty focus in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
  • Five years prior experience in software development and technical support.
