We are seeking a skilled Server Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a Server Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a safe and welcoming work environment, and contributing to the success of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets guests by name and provides personalized service
  • Escorts guests to tables, presents menus, and informs guests of daily specials
  • Explains menu items and makes recommendations to guests
  • Takes orders, serves guests, and checks for satisfaction
  • Resolves guest issues and seeks assistance from management when needed
  • Cleans tables, removes dishes, and re-stocks as required
  • Delivers food to hotel rooms and obtains signatures
  • Performs opening and closing duties, including counting cash float
  • Covers other server sections as needed
  • Exercises good judgment when serving alcoholic beverages
  • Liaises with operational departments and develops strong working relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year serving experience with excellent communication skills
  • POS experience
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming License
  • Ability to exceed customer expectations through timely and efficient service
