As a Branch Manager at United Rentals, you'll be the driving force behind a major business enterprise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives
  • Prepare and analyze reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, and yearly budgets
  • Manage personnel matters, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including audits, safety training, and OSHA requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • Strong sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Effective leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry a plus
