At DXB Logistics Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team. This senior role will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and logistics, with a proven track record of success in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. They will also have a strong understanding of the transportation industry and be able to analyze data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong background in logistics and transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
