Automotive Service Advisor

Société Canadian Tire is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join their team in the South region. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and provide expert advice on auto service maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle's needs and provide professional advice on maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare work orders and review estimated costs with customers, ensuring they understand the scope of work and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between customers and Service Centre employees, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer expectations regarding vehicle readiness.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of automotive mechanics and ability to work with complex technical information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and good working knowledge of COSTAR (asset).
- Experience in a similar role (asset).

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary range for a Service Advisor in the South region.
