Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the college's mission.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance staff skills and performance.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports to inform decision-making.
  • Staff Consultation: Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to achieve college goals.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Work Environment: This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess flexibility, judgment, and a client-focused approach.
