Job Description

The Cake Faculty is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our goods production and management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our bakery and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improvement
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to drive business success
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through strategic leadership and operational management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office and QuickBooks
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. The role will involve frequent communication with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments.
