Auxilium Professional Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Accounting Operations to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of our organization and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior management role. You will be responsible for managing a team of accountants and providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting;
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including developing and implementing budgets and forecasts;
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed;
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on accounting and financial matters;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role in accounting or finance;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
