A Few Key Requirements:

  • You'll have 4-6 years of experience in a sales or financial services role and be comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
  • You'll have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to your start date.
  • You'll have a passion for financial planning and a strong interest in portfolio management.
  • You'll possess excellent relationship-building skills and be able to connect with a diverse range of clients.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a direct marketing role or financial services industry, with a proven track record of success in high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of additional certifications such as the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
