We are seeking a skilled Agronomy Sales Professional to join our team at Richardson International.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage a defined customer base within a geographical area to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide expert agronomic advice and guidance to customers, including interpreting soil and tissue analysis results.
- Collaborate with customers to develop and implement comprehensive crop plans, ensuring optimal crop yields and quality.
- Identify and address customer needs, offering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience in Agribusiness and/or related customer service.
- Degree/Certificate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or equivalent post-secondary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
