Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Clerk to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Grocery Clerk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cashiering – processing transactions through the Point-of-Sale system, including lottery sales
  • Stocking – stocking and facing products within the store
  • General Food Store duties – housekeeping, opening, and closing

Requirements:

  • You are interested in a career in customer service and have a strong desire to provide excellent service to our guests
  • You are honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do
  • You have retail experience in customer service, point of sale operation, and merchandising (considered an asset)
  • You are willing to work all shifts scheduled, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most
  • You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50lbs, climb ladders, and kneel
  • Valid driver's license preferred
