Job Summary:
We are looking for a technical expert to provide intermediate IMAC activities, software installation/support/upgrades, and deskside support services. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of field service experience, strong internetworking and troubleshooting skills, and A+ certification.
Responsibilities:
- Perform intermediate IMAC activities, including hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment related activities.
- Handle software installation/support/upgrades and perform deskside support services.
- Provide 1st level Help Desk support and respond to customer inquiries.
- Perform basic LAN and internetworking related activities, including bench repairs and remedial maintenance.
- Communicate with customers to diagnose problems, establish E.T.A., and parts requirements.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of field service experience.
- Strong internetworking and troubleshooting skills.
- A+ certification.
- May have other vendor certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, and/or OEMs.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision and work flexible schedules.
- Minimum of a Diploma from a recognized IT program.
