MacLeod House Baddeck seeks a licensed practical nurse to join our team as a patient care coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The salary for this role is estimated at $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

• Providing high-quality patient care, adhering to established protocols and procedures;
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans;
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation;
• Participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge;
• Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently;

• College diploma or degree in nursing;
• Licensure as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse by provincial authorities;
• Current CPR and First Aid certification;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
