Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cement Twin Operator to join our team at Trican. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our truck mounted pumping and bulk hauling equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Drive truck mounted pumping and bulk hauling equipment between locations safely and efficiently.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurately complete corresponding driver log forms.
  • Keep unit binders up to date, including permits, regulatory paperwork, and maintenance documentation.
  • Rig-up and rig-out equipment as required.
  • Perform maintenance operations on pumping units and auxiliary equipment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver's license.
  • High school diploma an asset.
  • Safe driving skills and a clean driver's abstract.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
