Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Potential Security Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax returns, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns in a timely manner.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, tight deadlines, work under pressure, flexibility, organized, team player, time management.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
