Overview

Apex Systems, a global IT services provider, seeks an experienced Sr. Salesforce Technical Developer Designer to lead the design and implementation of innovative Financial Service Cloud solutions at a Top Five Bank.

About the Role

This 6-month contract position offers a strong possibility of extension, with a salary range estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between office and remote work, with a total of 37.5 hours worked per week from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the technical architecture for designated applications as they are migrated from legacy platforms into Salesforce.
  • Oversee custom development, integration, and data migration required for redesigned/migrated applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customer technical teams, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful solutions.
  • Participate in or drive deep architectural discussions to ensure customer success when implementing technology solutions.
  • Establish credibility and build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers' organizations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science background desired.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, large-scale distributed applications.
  • 3+ years of application development experience, preferably in professional services or consulting, with management experience of a development team of 2-5 resources.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce custom development, particularly in Einstein Analytics, CRMA & Financial Service Cloud, Process Builder, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Java, Templates, and Web Services.
  • Experience with object modeling in Salesforce and fundamental database concepts (including SQL), as well as integrating with the Salesforce platform using REST/SOAP APIs or Data Loader.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with complex data migrations to Salesforce from legacy applications.
  • Ability to understand and design complex system and data enterprise architecture.
  • Ability to understand and design complex data security environments, including encryption and SSO technologies.
  • Facilitation of complex customer-facing technical requirements gathering sessions.
  • Azure or cloud experience is a plus.
