We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Groupe Incursion INC. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to other financial transactions, such as plane tickets and travel insurance
  • Manage difficult situations with customers
  • Perform general office duties
  • Sell travel products and travel insurance
  • Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events
  • Attend to cancellations and schedule changes
  • Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system
  • Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of travel software packages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
