Responsibilities
  • Act as frontline Supervisor to security guards in all matters on site

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Working knowledge of OH&S Acts, Codes and Regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive leadership style
  • Experienced in Jobsite Inspection and Behavior Based Observation
  • Ability to analyze data for trends and develop corrective action plans following the FRCS process as well as report flagged items to Site Security Coordinator
  • Ontario Security Guard License
  • First Air/CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in a managing/supervising capacity is an asset, as is proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
