About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Care Specialist to join our team at CJSP Kinetic Pet Grooming and Supplies Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to our furry friends.

Responsibilities
  • Bathing and Grooming: Bathe and shampoo animals to ensure they are clean and well-groomed.
  • Animal Monitoring: Document and monitor animal behavior to ensure their health and well-being.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food to animals in our care.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and disinfect cages, pens, aquariums, kennels, runs, stalls, and enclosures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies to ensure we have everything needed to care for our animals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to handle animals up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. We offer a competitive compensation package, including gratuities.

Language and Location

This role requires fluency in English and the ability to work in a pet grooming shop or daycare setting.
