Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing production operations, leading teams to achieve performance targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage production teams to achieve operational goals, including safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and eliminate waste.
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement and implement changes to drive results.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading production teams, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong technical foundation in continuous improvement methodologies and autonomous maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage conflicts and drive problem resolution.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Availability to work in Continental shifts (day or nights).
