About the Role

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming and engaging with our members, presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive. You will also work closely with our trainers to guide new members through their first workout and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with members, providing a positive and energetic experience
  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to new members and prospective clients
  • Sell memberships and promote our studio's services
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
