Job Title: Drywall Installer and Finisher

This permanent position involves working with various materials and tools to ensure high-quality results. If you have experience in drywall installation and finishing, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. This translates to a weekly income of approximately $625-$875 and an annual income of $32,500-$45,500.

Job Description
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster using manual and power tools.
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces by controlling the drying process and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Fills joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using trowels and broad knives.
  • Finishes corners and angles, creating decorative designs in the finish coat if required.
  • Sprays acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings, ensuring uniform coverage and a smooth finish.
  • Installs acoustic tile, hangers for suspended ceilings, and metal studs for composition wallboard or lath.
  • Installs exterior and interior steel studs, following safety guidelines and quality control procedures.
