We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Analyst to join our Vendor Loyalty Revenue Growth team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Co-op Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development of targeted loyalty offers on the PC Optimum app, analyzing vendor performance, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Vendor Loyalty Revenue Growth team in the creation and implementation of loyalty offers on the PC Optimum app.
- Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end loyalty processes and system-related business logic.
- Monitor offer performance, identify issues, and develop solutions to improve results.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on vendor performance, offer utilization, and vendor engagement.
- Build dashboards and reporting to share results with the Vendor Loyalty team and advise on improvements.
- Work with category, marketing, media, legal, and operations teams to plan vendor promotions, manage timelines, and advise on key updates.
- You are currently working towards a University Degree in Business, Operations, Business Analytics, or Business Management.
- Proven analytics skills, including conceptualizing, analyzing, and deriving insights from large data sets.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders in writing and in person.
- Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retailers.
- Experience with VBA.
